Music Recording & Production At Home,  one of the selected projects for Parallel Sphere grant is launching an open call for musicians and music producers.

The workshop that aims to assist musicians and music producers gain the knowledge and the practice required to produce and record their work at home with high quality and on budget equipment so that they can continue to communicate with their audience and practice their artistic creativity professionally during the COVID 19 period & beyond.

The Workshop will focus on
1) Audio Theory
2) Recording Equipment
3) Basic Room Treatment
4) Recording
5) Mixing / Mastering
6) Practical Examples

Application Admission starts on the 3rd of November 2020 and ends on the 30th of November 2020
(Applications submitted after this date will NOT be considered)

20 musicians / music producers (Divided to 4 Groups) will be selected to attend the 5 days workshop completely free.
Selection is made to ensure diversity of musical background, preferred genre, instruments played and gender within groups.

Selected candidates will be contacted via e-mail and announced on Audio Academy Website during December 2020.

Upcoming maintenance work

The application portal myprohelvetia will be updated from 1.1.-7.1.2024. Due to these changes, open applications must be finalized and submitted via the current online portal (myprohelvetia.ch) by the latest 23:59 on 31 December 2023. Until this date, the deadlines and criteria outlined in the current guidelines and calls for applications apply. New applications can be created and submitted in the application portal as of 8 January 2024.
