Foofwa and Nicole Seiler are taking part of Breaking Walls Festival, Cairo
Egypt
Breaking Walls presents a first time festival in Cairo from the 7-17th of September including dance, theater, art and music. This festival goes beyond the conventional by bringing performances and theatrical experiences closer to the people. Buildings and public spaces in Cairo that would normally be inaccessible or simply have a different function in our social environment, now become the ambassadors of this festival. Get ready to be submerged in 10 days of unique theatrical experiences and one-of-a-kind performances!
The Breaking Walls program includes performances, workshops, small concerts and theatrical experiences. Whether you will be watching interdisciplinary work at The British Council, will be listening
to music in Room Art Space or experiencing theater during a Faluka Route, Breaking Walls includes it all!
Additional Information on program elements

Experience art differently:
Discover Breaking Walls to the max by joining us for a theatrical expedition through Garden City. This route includes 3 shorter performances from different genres in different non-theatrical buildings. All locations included are walking distance from each other and the route will be guided by a Breaking Walls tour guide. Get surprised and see Garden City through different eyes.
The expedition takes place on the 9 & 15th of September and departs twice between 3pm and 5pm.
